HOW IT STARTED
February 2022 - Present

Alfonso & Ed of WealthGenius came to us in February of 2022 with the goal of creating North America's Top Real Estate Education Platform.


Supplied with a logo, a vision and brand new social media accounts, we went to work developing a long term creative strategy to develop their brand and reach new audiences across the major social media platforms of their choosing.

Starting with a blank slate in the middle of a pandemic, Alfonso & Ed formulated WealthGenius with the intent of taking Alfonso's notoriety as a real estate coach/speaker and utilizing it to create North America's Top Real Estate Education Platform.


Hosting Meetups, Conferences, Events & 2-Day Intensive Real Estate Bootcamps across Canada, WealthGenius needed a brand that not only stood out but also truly highlighted the connection, value and results that comes from being a member of their community.


With their aspirations to become industry leaders they came to Social Mediation to ensure it would be brought to fruition while providing a hands off strategy they could rely upon.

Content Creation + Management

As detailed in the video above, we launched WealthGenius' social media in early March 2022, where we strategically curated engaging graphic design & video content for three weekly posts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter after presenting a detailed branding & social media content strategy to Alfonso & Ed.


By implementing our years of social media management tactics and strategies, during our inaugural year, our efforts yielded substantial outcomes, notably in the organic growth of 6.5 daily genuine Instagram followers and over 500 YouTube subscribers.


Along with follower growth, we achieved remarkable results in regards to their reach, profile visits & video views showcasing our successful strategy in expanding WealthGenius' online presence as detailed below.

Starting from conceptualization through creation and posting of all content, our team developed a social media management strategy which allowed a hands-off approach with minimal oversight for the founders.


This strategy has become an integral part of their operations, consistently generating organic reach to thousands of individuals within their target demographics on a daily basis.


Our approach not only drives daily profile visits but also effectively converts these visits into long-term followers and potential future students. All the while, we ensure the content aligns with and upholds the core message and branding fundamentals that define WealthGenius.

Event Video Production

As showcased in the case study video, our customized social media management package was structured without a videography component. Given Alfonso's demanding schedule hosting events spanning the country, the strategy centered on utilizing & repurposing his existing recorded content to fulfill the initial video deliverables at a reduced rate to the management package.


Following the launch, during select events held across Ontario, WealthGenius enlisted our team's videography services at separate package rates to create premium video content that not only assisted in meeting the video deliverables but also served to promote and highlight future events effectively.

Course Content Production

Apart from assisting WealthGenius with our Social Media Management services and creating unique video content while attending various events, our team has also been instrumental in supporting WealthGenius by contributing in the development of comprehensive online video courses designed specifically for their students.

Our team was responsible for coordinating video shoots with WealthGenius coaches at diverse locations across Ontario to create 25 Modules for each unique course, comprising of approximately 4-10 videos per module.


These efforts resulted in the creation of multiple in-depth courses featuring an impressive array of roughly 150-200 videos, with each video ranging from 2 to 20 minutes in duration. The recording sessions were intensive, lasting from 6 to 10 hours and spanning over multiple days of recording, followed by extensive post-production efforts spanning multiple days to weeks.


Beyond the recording and editing phases, our responsibilities extended to meticulously uploading the finalized videos to their website, ensuring a seamless and proper integration for their audience.
